Nick Palumbo — Owner & Head Coach
Nick Palumbo brings a lifelong passion for wrestling, a commitment to athlete development, and a proven approach to building successful competitors both on and off the mat. With experience as a high school state champ and division one collegiate wrestler, Nick understands the dedication, discipline, and mindset required to succeed in the sport.
Nick has coached wrestlers across multiple levels, helping athletes develop their skills, confidence, and competitive edge. His coaching philosophy centers around building a strong technical foundation through a structured system while also developing the mental toughness needed to overcome challenges and perform at the highest level.
At Endure, Nick focuses on more than just wins and losses, he believes wrestling teaches valuable lessons in discipline, perseverance, and personal growth. Through detailed instruction, intentional training, and a commitment to each athlete’s individual goals, Nick creates an environment where wrestlers can improve, compete, and reach their full potential.
OUR VISION
At Endure Athletic Club, we believe every wrestler deserves coaching that is as unique as they are. That's why our program is built around small-group training, allowing our coaches to provide individualized instruction that simply isn't possible in larger club settings.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we focus on identifying each athlete's strengths, addressing areas for improvement, and creating a training environment where every wrestler receives meaningful attention. Whether it's refining technique, improving mat awareness, building confidence, or developing the mental toughness to compete, our coaching is tailored to each athlete's specific needs and goals.
Our vision is to develop complete wrestlers—athletes who are technically sound, mentally resilient, and prepared to succeed both on and off the mat. By keeping our training groups intentionally small, we create an environment where every wrestler can grow, every question is answered, and every practice has purpose.
